1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the North Cooling website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Provided

North Cooling provides commercial refrigeration services including but not limited to:

• Sales and installation of commercial refrigeration equipment
• 24/7 technical service and emergency repairs
• Maintenance and preventive care services
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting services
• Consultation and project planning

3. Service Estimates and Pricing

All estimates and quotes provided are valid for the period specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed upon acceptance of work order. For new product purchases and installations, we provide free estimates. Diagnostic services for existing equipment issues may incur a diagnostic fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. Generally:

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• For large installations, a deposit may be required

5. Warranties

5.1 Equipment Warranties

All new equipment comes with manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product type. We will provide warranty documentation upon installation.

5.2 Workmanship Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on all installations and repairs. Warranty periods vary by service type and will be specified in your service agreement.

5.3 Warranty Limitations

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Normal wear and tear is excluded from warranty coverage.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Cooling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide 24/7 service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Emergency service response times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and service demand.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their equipment and service needs
• Ensuring safe access to equipment and work areas
• Following maintenance recommendations and schedules
• Notifying us of any changes to equipment or service requirements
• Payment of invoices according to agreed terms

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellation fees may apply for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Refund policies vary by service type and will be specified in your service agreement.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of North Cooling and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
